Q: How do I get a sample and what is the cost

A: Getting samples to you or your client is no problem. All you have to do is send an email over stating what product/s you would like sending and the address to send them to. We will then send these out with plain packaging on - we do all this for free.


Q: What printing can you do in-house.

A: We can do UV printing (full colour or less), Debossing, foil blocking. 


Q: What format should i supply my artwork in.

A: All artwork should be supplied in Vector files (.eps , .pdf, .ai). 


Q: What is your lead-time.

A: Lead-times will be stated on all products. However, if you need a product quicker than the lead-time stated - please email in to sales@glevumtrade.co.uk 


Q: What happens if I don't have vector artwork.

A: We can recreate the artwork for around £50, this will depend on the size and design (all we need a hi-res image of your logo).


Q: I have not received my proforma, for payment of my order

A: If you don't seem to have received your proforma, please check your spam folder in your mail - before requesting it again.
